SIJD Diagnosis

Did you try that test evaluation? Was your left ankle showing that your left leg seems longer? Mine did. Then I did that exersize by pushing on my left knee and down with my right foot and pop! My SI just popped back into place. It shifted down I think. I have had a few more little pops as things seem to be settling into position but I have no pain now.

Hi I too have this si dysfunction horrible condition.Talk about how a chiro can screw you up,I worked for the chiro,she totally screwed me ,cant work anymore,cant walk more than a block.I seen a manual PT,who said I have an anterior right pelvis,I have very tight adductors on the right also tight psoas on right,on the lefy I have very tight hip flexor and IT band.Right leg is internally rotating bad.My PT went out of town wont be back until April,If anyone can give me any advice that would be great,Back is killing me I feel like my body is twisted.Thanks
